The Biltmore Room

Housed in a circa-1845 Chelsea building that was once a speakeasy, The Biltmore Room is a glamorous destination restaurant decorated with large mirrors, glass chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling marble walls salvaged from the historic Biltmore Hotel in Midtown. Since opening in August 2003, the restaurant has garnered three-star reviews from every major New York City newspaper, with critics unanimously praising chef Gary Robins’s globally influenced progressive American cuisine.
